Poster and Writing Contest information

High School Seniors: The Association of Educational Office Employees of the Los Angeles Unified School District recognizes the continuing need for well-trained and qualified students who want to go to college to pursue their career in an occupation of their choice. In order to increase interest in their professional goals, AEOE will award forty (40) $2,500 scholarships to Los Angeles Unified School District high school seniors and five (5) $1,500 adult school students obtaining their high school diploma.

AEOE Members: The Association of Education Office Employees of the Los Angeles Unified School District recognizes the continuing need for well-trained and qualified employees who want to go to college to pursue their career in an occupation of their choice. In order to increase interest in their professional goals, AEOE will award three (3) $2,500 scholarships to an AEOE member’s, child or grandchild who wish to continue their education, or up to three (3) $2,500 scholarships to a qualifying AEOE member.

3rd Annual Poster Contest - Theme: "My Favorite Things I Like to Do"
Who may enter: Any student currently enrolled in Kindergarten - 5th grade in a LAUSD school.
Prizes: Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st place ($150), 2nd place ($125), and 3rd ($100) place winners in each of the following three categories:K & 1st, 2nd & 3rd, 4th & 5th Grades.

3rd Annual Writing Contest - Theme: "Things I Do That Make Me Successful"
Who may enter: Any student currently enrolled in 6th - 12th grade in a LAUSD school.
Prizes: Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st place ($150), 2nd place ($125), and 3rd ($100) place winners in each of the following three categories:6th-8th, 9th-10th, 11th-12th Grades.

AEOE Members: Annual Recognition of a Classified Office Professional, Classified Administrator/Supervisor, and a Certificated Administrator:
Once a year, AEOE members have the opportunity to recognize a Classified Office Professional, a Classified Administrator/Supervisor, and a Certificated Administrator with whom they work and appreciate. We all understand the importance of being recognized for a job well done.
